What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Worker position at Minute Men Staffing?
Now Hiring: Maintenance Workers in Brunswick
Friday: 5pm – 11pm
Saturday: 3pm – 11pm
Sunday: 12pm – 8pm
Weekly pay starting at $15 per hour, but will increase to $18 after 60 days.
Job Duties:
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
- Stock shelves, coolers, and supplies while maintaining organized inventory levels.
- Prepare and package food items according to company standards and food safety guidelines.
- Assist customers with purchases and answer questions.
- Monitor food and merchandise quality and replenish products throughout the shift.
- Follow all company policies, sanitation procedures, and safety regulations.
- Support daily store operations and assist with other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Customer service experience is required.
- Food handling experience is a plus.
