Now hiring a Maintenance Technician in Norton.
1st shift: 7am – 3pm.
Weekly pay ranging between $16 - $20, depending on experience.
Job Duties:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and production equipment issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Inspect machinery and equipment to identify potential maintenance needs and safety concerns.
- Service and repair equipment using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Support facility and production operations by responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete work orders as required.
- Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and maintenance best practices.
- Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and improvement projects as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Experience with one or more of the following: Auto or Diesel Mechanics, HVAC Maintenance, Machine Repair, Industrial Maintenance, or Mechanical Troubleshooting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to diagnose, service, and repair equipment efficiently.
