Now hiring Machine Operators in Hinckley for 2nd shift.
Monday - Friday, 3pm – 11pm
Weekly pay at $17 per hour.
Job Duties:
- Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications and schedules.
- Monitor machine performance to ensure efficient operation and consistent product quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Inspect finished products to verify quality standards and specifications are met.
- Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain proper operation and production flow.
- Maintain accurate production records and report equipment issues promptly.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous machine operating experience is preferred.
