Minutemen Staffing is looking for Janitors in the Grove Port area, Payrate $17 Second shift, Must have cleaning experience.
Duties and Responsibilities.
General cleaning and maintenance
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Wash windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
Restocking and supply management
- Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
- Monitor and report on the inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Keep supply rooms organized and stocked.
Specialized tasks
- Perform deep cleaning duties, such as carpet shampooing or floor waxing.
- Handle special cleaning needs as required.
- Operate specialized cleaning equipment like floor buffers.
Safety and reporting
- Follow health and safety rules and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to a supervisor.
- Notify management of any safety hazards.
- Ensure cleaning equipment is stored safely and properly after use.
