Minutemen Staffing Lorain is hiring dependable General Laborers for a full-time manufacturing opportunity in Avon, Ohio. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent hours, weekly pay, and the chance to earn an additional attendance bonus.
Available Shifts & Pay
1st Shift
- Monday through Friday
- 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
- $12.50 per hour
- $2.50 per hour Perfect Attendance Bonus
- Potential pay of $15.00 per hour when bonus requirements are met
2nd Shift
- Monday through Thursday
- 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM
- $13.25 per hour
- $2.50 per hour Perfect Attendance Bonus
- Potential pay of $15.75 per hour when bonus requirements are met
Attendance Bonus: Employees must have perfect attendance for the week and clock 40 hours to qualify.
General Labor Responsibilities
You will work in a manufacturing and food-packaging environment. Responsibilities may include production support, packaging products, inspecting materials, maintaining an organized work area, following work instructions, and meeting production and safety expectations.
