Serve as the first point of contact for customers regarding orders, shipments, and service inquiries. Enter, track, and update customer orders in the warehouse management system (WMS). Investigate and resolve customer issues such as delays, shortages, or discrepancies. Coordinate with warehouse associates, supervisors, and logistics partners to ensure timely solutions. Prepare and distribute order status updates, shipping confirmations, and reporting. Maintain accurate records of communication, escalations, and resolutions. Attend and communicate on Video Teams calls daily with Customers Maintain Outlook Customer Service Inbox 💻 Technology & Tools Daily use of warehouse management systems (WMS). Excellent with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
