• This position is a job production-type position that incorporates several skills, but does not require all of these skills, as we are happy to train!

• Below is a technical description of the job and potential skill sets that we can use, but are also will to train.

• Can be any individual, or all, or a combination of these disciplines:

Painting Skills

   -Requires training, and/or certification.

Carpentry

   --Requires training, use of tools such as saws, both power and hand, drills, screw guns, hammer, Measuring tools, and other tools as needed.

Auto-Mechanical skills/knowledge

   --Requires training, use of tools such as saws, both power and hand, drills, screw guns, hammer, other tools as needed.

Plumbing

   --Requires training, use of tools such as saws, both power and hand, drills, screw guns, hammer, other tools as needed.

Metal Fabricating

   --Requires training, use of tools such as saws, both power and hand, drills, screw guns, hammer, Welder, measuring tools, and other tools as needed.

Auto-Electrical skills/knowledge

   --Requires training, use of tools such as saws, both power and hand, drills, screw guns, hammer, other tools as needed.

HVAC skills (with additional pay for licensed HVAC operators)

   --Requires training, use of tools such as saws, both power and hand, drills, screw guns, hammer, other tools as needed.   

Forklift Skill set

   --Requires training.

Physical Demands

   All positions can be exposed to the following physical acts (as needed):

-Regularly: Climbing steps/stairs  Stretching

   Lifting 40 lbs  Bending at the waste

   Pushing    

   Walking

-Intermittent: Lifting overhead  Climbing ladders

   Lifting 40 lbs or more Squatting

   Kneeling
