What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Operator position at Minute Men Staffing?
Now hiring CNC Operators in Mentor for all shifts.
1st shift: Monday – Saturday, 7am – 3pm, $20 per hour.
2nd shift: Monday – Saturday, 3pm – 11pm, $21 per hour.
3rd shift: Sunday – Saturday, 11pm – 7am, $22 per hour.
Weekly pay.
Job Duties:
- Complete proper installation of tools prior to set-up.
- Perform set-up and operation of assigned machines.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine best tooling requirements.
- Ensure machined parts meet quality requirements, make adjustments as needed.
- Participate in training to learn machine tooling and PLC programming.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- 2-3 years of previous CNC experience.
- Basic understanding of measurement.
