Now Hiring a Set-Up Operator for a great company in Hudson, OH
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain AIS machines to ensure smooth operation
- Set up vision systems to inspect product quality
- Set up vibratory bowls and O-ring installation systems
- Troubleshoot issues with vision cameras, O-ring installation, and machine jams
- Track and document machine failure modes
- Bag, label, and palletize finished products
- Load product into vibratory bowls and maintain workflow
- Operate a stand-up forklift to move skids of product
- Perform basic transactions using RF scanners
- Replace labels and ribbons on label machines
- Run boundary samples on production lines
- Meet production schedules and deadlines
- Complete required paperwork and documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all work instructions and company procedures
Schedule:
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday – Friday)
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Monday – Friday)
Compensation:
$28.00 – $35.00 per hour (Paid Weekly)
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly (up to 100 lbs occasionally)
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Availability for overtime
Preferred Skills:
Tow motor (forklift) experience
5–7 years of manufacturing experience
Experience with industrial sorting camera/vision systems
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
