Now Hiring a Clerical Assistant (HR Department Support) for a great company in Warren, OH
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the HR department
Scan and organize employee files and documentation
Perform electronic filing and maintain accurate digital records
Enter and update information into company databases and systems
Assist with organizing and maintaining personnel records
Support onboarding paperwork and general HR documentation
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee information
Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, copying, and document management
Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as needed
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Schedule:
Part-Time to Full-Time (Flexible hours may be available)
Compensation:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour (Paid Weekly)
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous office or clerical experience preferred
Basic computer skills and data entry experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
