Clean Room Quality Inspector
Primary Responsibilities:
Inspect Single Use assemblies per established procedures and specifications
Verify completeness, functionality, and quality prior to release
Perform visual inspections, measurements, and basic testing
Maintain ISO 14644 clean room standards and documentation
Record inspection results, discrepancies, and non-conformances; escalate issues as needed
Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to resolve issues
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements
Support continuous improvement of inspection processes and procedures
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Ability to read technical documents and drawings
Team-oriented with ability to work in a regulated, fast-paced environment
Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand/sit for long periods and perform fine manual tasks
Work in a clean room using PPE (gloves, gowns, masks)
Frequent walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
3 years of inspection experience
