What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembler 3rd Shift position at Minute Men Staffing?
Now Hiring: Assemblers in Avon
3rd shift:7pm – 5:30am, Sunday – Wednesday.
Weekly pay at $18 per hour.
Job Duties:
- Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies according to blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
- Use hand tools and basic assembly equipment to complete builds accurately and efficiently.
- Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions.
- Perform basic testing or checks on assembled units as required.
- Maintain organized workstations and properly handle parts to prevent damage.
- Identify and report defects, missing components, or assembly issues.
- Assist with packaging and preparing finished products for shipment.
Requirements:
- Previous assembly experience is required.
- Excellent attention to detail and great dexterity.
