Description
As a Payroll Service Specialist, you will be assigned a portfolio of client accounts and will be responsible for managing daily interactions with these clients. This includes addressing inquiries related to Human Capital Management (HCM), tax, benefits, and Time & Labor Management (TLM) systems. You will be expected to conduct system research, implement programming updates, and leverage Excel to ensure accurate data input and output.
Additionally, you will foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional service and support.
Position Overview:
As a Payroll Service Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned clients. In this role, you will process client payrolls accurately and efficiently while performing a variety of administrative and support tasks to ensure a seamless payroll experience each pay period.
You will be a trusted resource for clients, providing guidance and expertise on the UKG Ready system to help them achieve successful outcomes. As part of a collaborative team of dedicated professionals, you’ll work toward a shared goal — delivering exceptional client satisfaction and fostering a positive, supportive team environment. Your contributions will be key to enhancing the client experience and driving overall success.
Position Requirments
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Respond to client emails promptly and professionally.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to resolve client requests.
- Develop and maintain a solid understanding of the UKG Ready system, including Payroll (PR), Time & Labor Management (TLM), and HR modules.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments through projects, meetings, and shared tasks.
- Exhibit a high level of self-motivation and accountability.
- Maintain a strong sense of urgency in completing tasks and addressing client needs.
- Achieve and sustain 90% or higher phone adherence.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals
- UKG Ready experience is preferred but not required.
