What do Direct Hire Recruiters do?
- Match qualified talent with great job opportunities for our light industrial staffing clients.
- Develop recruiting strategies on behalf of our clients, conduct interviews with candidates, and prepare candidates for client interviews.
- Establish relationships with clients and ensure an overall positive client experience.
- Post job advertisements on job boards, search online databases for candidates, and attend hiring events as needed.
- Assist candidates with resume creation, refinement, and submittal to clients.
- Conduct discovery meetings with new clients and establish relationships.
