Duties
- Enter and update data into company databases, portals and spreadsheets with precision and speed
- Verify the accuracy of data by cross-referencing information from multiple sources
- Maintain organized filing systems for digital and physical records, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with data management policies
- Perform data collection tasks from various documents, forms, and reports to ensure comprehensive records
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, perform basic math calculations, and generate reports for management review
- Support order entry processes by accurately inputting customer or inventory information into relevant systems
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning documents, transcribing handwritten notes, and managing office supplies
Skills
- Proficiency in working with databases, portals and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed to facilitate efficient data entry
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple data sources and maintain orderly records
- Basic math skills for calculations within spreadsheets or reports
- Experience with data collection, transcription, filing, and order entry processes
- Familiarity with office equipment and software to support administrative functions
