- Perform data collection tasks from various documents, forms, and reports to ensure comprehensive records
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, perform basic math calculations, and generate reports for management review
- Support order entry processes by accurately inputting customer or inventory information into relevant systems
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning documents, transcribing handwritten notes, and managing office supplies
Skills
- Proficiency in working with databases, portals and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed to facilitate efficient data entry
