Overview
We're hiring – Join the Minute Maid Cleaning Team!
The position is full-time. Typically Monday- Thursday, sometimes Fridays. We're not just looking to fill a position—we're looking for someone who wants to become part of our team for the long haul.
Residential Cleaning Technician
If you're dependable, enjoy staying active, and take pride in doing quality work, we'd love to meet you. Whether you have experience or are completely new to cleaning, we're happy to train the right person with a great attitude.
Starting Pay: $15/hour
(Opportunities for raises based on performance and reliability.)
Our hiring process:
We will be conducting video chat interviews via indeed. If we are a good fit for each other we will schedule an in person interview, after that there is a paid working interview. i know this is a long process, people trust us with there homes and we need make sure we are sending the right people!
What you'll do:
- Clean homes and vacation rentals
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Help create clean, welcoming spaces for our customers
