Transportation Services You May Offer
Provide transportation for independently mobile adults who can enter and exit your vehicle without physical assistance. Services may include rides to:
- Grocery stores and shopping centers
- Medical appointments, without medical care or monitoring
- Personal appointments
- Community activities and social outings
- Everyday errands

Who We’re Looking For
You may own a transportation business or have professional passenger transportation experience. Ideal professionals are:
- At least 18 years old
- Dependable, punctual, and respectful
- Comfortable communicating directly with customers
- Able to serve Rochester or surrounding Monroe County communities
- Willing to complete Minty’s identity verification and background-check requirements
- Able to provide a valid driver’s license and current vehicle registration
- Able to provide a safe, well-maintained vehicle
- Able to document commercial auto liability insurance naming Minty Care Connections as an additional insured
- Responsible for maintaining any licenses, permits, and operating authority required for their transportation services
Transportation professionals must upload the required documentation during onboarding.
