As an SDR at MintLeads, you will be responsible for scheduling new sales meetings with qualified prospects. You will execute an industry-leading outbound sales prospecting plan and learn how to become a world-class salesperson.
We’re looking for a hungry SDR to join our growing revenue team, working with business owners by helping them generate higher-quality leads. You will report directly to the MintLeads Head of Sales and become part of a growing revenue organization well-positioned to dominate the lead generation landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize sales engagement tools to execute outbound sales activities to grow the qualified pipeline for our Account Executive team.
- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn engagement.
- Creatively leverage signals on social media to personalize outbound messaging.
- Schedule discovery sessions with prospects to uncover critical business needs and share examples of how MintLeads can help.
- Work cross-functionally with sales and marketing to increase conversion rates and find new ways to improve prospecting metrics.
- Leverage tools like LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, Discord, Slack, and community forums to find new and creative ways to prospect into new accounts.
- Consistently achieve quota by hitting call, email, meeting, and pipeline targets.
- Use and maintain Hubspot as the source of truth to keep data accurate.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
- This position is in the office; therefore, only candidates located in Atlanta will be considered.
- Previous experience with outbound sales tools like Hubspot.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to navigate through various internal systems and follow processes.
- Lead generation and marketing expertise preferred.
- Must be coachable and motivated to expand skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve quality results on time while working under tight deadlines.
- Competitive, self-starter, and works well within a team environment.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical discipline is preferred.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
