The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, and leading a high-performing sales team. This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, and close collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders to expand market presence and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies, including annual plans, forecasts, and pricing adjustments based on market trends
- Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and expanding business across assigned territories
- Identify customer needs, promote products, and build strong, long-term client relationships
- Lead, manage, and coach the sales team, including setting targets and monitoring performance
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and coordinate with marketing for lead generation initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales and service delivery
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and provide necessary product documentation
- Develop and manage regional agents and representatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (or Diploma) in Commerce, Business, International Trade, or Plastic/Chemical Engineering-related fields
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in plastics or injection molding industry
- Proven experience selling to manufacturing customers
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, product positioning, and market dynamics
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
