Position Summary:
We are seeking a self-motivated, relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow a territory across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the charitable gaming and bingo supplies industry. This is a high-autonomy, field-based B2B sales role calling on fraternal organizations, religious nonprofits, fire companies, civic associations, and other licensed charitable gaming operators.
The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor to their customers — someone who understands the rhythms of charitable gaming operations, stays current on Pennsylvania bingo law and licensing requirements, and brings a consultative sales approach to every account interaction. This is a relationship-first sales environment where long-term account retention is as important as new business development.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Outside Sales experience
- Live in and have relevant work experience in PA
- Knowledge of the Gaming/ Bingo industry
- Working knowledge of CHARITABLE GAMING in PA markets
- Ability to travel the market by car
Key Responsibilities:
Territory Management & Account Development:
- Manage a defined geographic territory across Pennsylvania, covering licensed charitable gaming operators in all applicable counties
- Conduct regular in-person sales calls, account reviews, and product demonstrations at customer sites
- Develop and execute a structured call cycle for existing accounts to maximize retention and share of wallet
- Identify, prospect, and close new charitable gaming accounts including lodges, churches, fire companies, and civic organizations
- Maintain accurate records of account activity, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM or sales tracking systems
Product Sales & Consultation:
- Sell the full portfolio of charitable gaming supplies including:
- Bingo paper (single-sheet, booklets, and electronic formats)
- Daubers and accessories
- Electronic bingo systems and hardware
- Pull tab / instant ticket games
- Cage and point-of-sale supplies
- Advise customers on product selection, pricing, and purchasing volumes based on their licensed game schedules
- Upsell and cross-sell complementary product lines to maximize order value per visit
Regulatory Awareness & Compliance Support:
- Maintain working knowledge of Pennsylvania Act 2 (Bingo Law), including license categories, authorized game types, and supplier registration requirements
- Help customers source compliant products aligned with Pennsylvania Department of State regulations
- Stay current on regulatory changes, licensing renewal cycles, and updates affecting charitable gaming operators in PA
- Serve as a resource to customers navigating product compliance questions
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers at all account types — lodge commanders, church coordinators, event chairs, and fire company officers
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, order issues, and product concerns
- Coordinate with internal operations and customer service to ensure accurate, on-time delivery
- Represent the company at regional charitable gaming events, trade shows, and association meetings as required
Reporting & Business Development:
- Provide weekly sales activity reports, territory updates, and pipeline reviews to management
- Track competitive activity and market trends within the Pennsylvania charitable gaming space
- Participate in quarterly business reviews and annual territory planning sessions
- Meet or exceed established sales quotas for new account acquisition, revenue retention, and product line penetration
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in a territory-based role
- Demonstrated ability to manage a geographic territory, plan a call schedule, and hit sales targets independently
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills; comfortable with fraternal, nonprofit, and civic organization culture
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable personal vehicle (car allowance provided)
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and mobile sales apps
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a multi-account territory with varying purchasing cycles
- Ability to lift and transport product samples (up to 30 lbs.) for customer demonstrations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the charitable gaming, gaming supplies, or lottery/gaming distribution industry
- Existing relationships with VFW posts, Elks lodges, American Legion chapters, Moose lodges, or similar organizations in Pennsylvania
- Familiarity with Pennsylvania Act 2 (Bingo Law) and the PA Department of State's charitable gaming licensing process
- Experience selling electronic gaming equipment or technology-based POS solutions
- Background in wholesale distribution, promotional products, or nonprofit product sales
- Bilingual Spanish/English a plus in select territory regions
Work Environment & Travel:
- This is a remote / field-based position — no physical office required
- Estimated travel: 70–85% local and regional driving within assigned Pennsylvania territory
- Evening availability may be required to meet with charitable gaming operators during their scheduled bingo events
- Occasional overnight travel for trade shows, company meetings, or multi-county coverage
- Home office setup supported; company provides technology and communication tools
