Role summary:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for driving growth by prospecting and proactively engaging with potential customers. This role requires high energy, a strong work ethic, and the ability to generate qualified leads and create new pipeline opportunities in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through high-volume outbound activity, including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Follow up on inbound leads from marketing campaigns, webinars, and website inquiries
- Identify and research potential customers that match the company’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Qualify leads using frameworks such as BANT and MEDDIC
- Pass qualified leads to the Sales team for further engagement
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM
- Provide feedback to Marketing on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
- Share insights from customer interactions to improve targeting and messaging
Must-have qualifications
- 2 years of sales development experience in software solutions (preferably SaaS) (we are not accepting candidates with more than 3 years experience for this role)
- Strong cold-calling and phone communication skills
- Excellent customer service orientation and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team orientation and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred qualifications
- Experience selling SaaS solutions in a B2B environment
- Familiarity with BANT and MEDDIC qualification frameworks
- Experience using HubSpot CRM

Pay: $58,130.39 - $68,000.00 per year
