Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Residential House Cleaner to join our growing team at Minted & More. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining residential homes to a high standard, ensuring each space is left spotless, fresh, and welcoming.
You will work in a variety of homes, completing routine cleanings as well as occasional deep cleans. This position requires someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning of homes including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and sanitize surfaces
- Clean appliances, countertops, sinks, showers, and toilets
- Complete deep cleaning tasks such as baseboards, blinds, and detailed areas as needed
- Follow company cleaning checklists and standards
- Maintain a professional and respectful attitude in clients’ homes
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used properly
✅ Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable performing physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting, etc.)
- Reliable transportation to travel to job locations
- Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
