Pay: $22–$25/hour
Location: Grayslake, IL
Schedule:
- Monday & Wednesday: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Lunch: 1:00 PM–2:00 PM daily
- No weekends

What You'll Do
- Room patients and obtain vital signs
- Assist providers with examinations and procedures
- Administer injections and immunizations as permitted
- Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection (if applicable)
- Document patient information using Epic EMR (preferred)
- Schedule appointments, coordinate referrals, and support front desk operations
- Maintain exam rooms, medical supplies, and clinical documentation
Qualifications
✔ Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
✔ Current BLS certification preferred
✔ Experience in primary care, employee health, occupational health, or family medicine preferred
✔ Epic EMR experience is a plus
✔ Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills
