Love the feeling of a job done right? So do we! Mint Property Pros is growing, and we're looking for an awesome Residential and Commercial Cleaner to join our team. We service both residential and commercial properties throughout the Greater Rochester area, and we do it together, as a team our clients know and trust.
This isn't just a cleaning job, it's a chance to grow with a business that's just getting started and going places. Right now we have a couple of commercial deep cleans and some residential recurring cleans starting up in the next couple of weeks, plus more jobs on the way, and we're looking for someone reliable who wants to grow with us as we build out our schedule. What we're looking for
- A sharp eye for detail, you notice what others overlook
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific instructions carefully
- The ability to work efficiently and stay on task
- A team-first attitude with the confidence to work independently when needed
- Comfortable and courteous when working in client homes and business spaces
- Comfortable working across a variety of residential and commercial settings
- Janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required, willingness to learn is highly valued
- Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Physically fit, must be able to stand for long periods, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable personal transportation required due to our commitment to client privacy
- Valid right to work in the US
Responsibilities
- Follow a detailed cleaning plan for each property efficiently
- Document areas completed to ensure nothing is missed
- Floor care, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming across various surface types
- Dusting and wiping down surfaces, fixtures, and fittings
- Bathroom and kitchen sanitation
- Trash removal and replacement of liners
- Restocking supplies as needed
- Proper use and care of cleaning equipment
- Reporting any damage or maintenance issues observed on site
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client addresses, personal information, and anything observed while on site
- Additional responsibilities as outlined in the property plan
What we offer
- Pay starting at $17/hr, with a performance review at 90 days, strong performers may be considered for a rate increase
- Per diem schedule now, with real opportunity to grow into more consistent or full-time hours as we expand
