LEASING AGENT – (FULL TIME)
Mint Properties leasing agents are responsible for the advertising, showing, and leasing of apartment units in the company portfolio. We will provide all the necessary training to succeed, including opportunities to attend Minnesota Multi-Housing Association classes. Most positions are full-time, though there may be part-time positions available. Most hours are scheduled Monday-Saturday between 10AM-6PM.
Skills:
- Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English
- Bilingual, if possible (preferably in Spanish or Somali)
- Ability to work well with minimal supervision, and with honesty and integrity
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Strong phone and in-person communication skills: Speaks in a warm, friendly, and professional manner; Writes clearly and informatively; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions
- Dresses appropriately and professionally

Education and Requirements:
- Pass Kari Koskinen Act criminal background check.
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and a reliable vehicle
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Capable of lifting and carrying 10 pounds unassisted, while climbing or descending stairs
- Ability to work on your feet for up to 8 hours per day
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications
