Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Car Wash Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring vehicles enter and exit the carwash safely, provide exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized car wash facility.
Schedule
DEDICATED FRIDAY-SUNDAY 8 hour days. 24 hours needed with the opportunity for more hours to cover other days/hours. SEASONAL POSITION.
Duties
-Greet each customer who comes to the wash
-Assist customers with using kiosks for purchasing their wash
-Guide vehicles into Razor and Tunnel wash
-Ensure customer satisfaction with carwash as needed
-Promote and provide gift cards and monthly memberships
-Maintain cleanliness of carwash area
-Daily and weekly basic maintenance to carwash equipment
Skills
- Strong customer service skills
-Exceptional work ethic and self driven
- Ability to pay attention to detail
-Basic computer skills
- Mechanical skills are a bonus but not required
