Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a Lead Painter with advanced skills and leadership experience. The ideal candidate can run a job site efficiently, lead a crew of 2-3 painters with minimal direction, and maintain high-quality workmanship. If you have strong technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to professionalism, we want you on our team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage a crew of 2-3 painters, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
- Oversee job sites, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth workflow with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of painting products, interior and exterior processes, and spraying techniques.
- Train and mentor team members, helping to develop their skills and maintain quality standards.
- Plan and coordinate projects with management, ensuring proper materials, scheduling, and timelines.
- Act as the on-site contact, providing excellent communication with clients and addressing their concerns.
- Solve on-site problems independently, adapting to challenges without unnecessary delays.
- Conduct quality control inspections, ensuring work meets Mint Painting’s high standards before completion.
- Ensure equipment and materials are properly maintained and secured.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work with a drama-free, no-nonsense approach—we value professionalism, teamwork, and efficiency.
