Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and self-directed Field Manager to oversee daily field operations, manage a team of technicians, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Detailing experience is not required—training will be provided—but strong management skills, attention to detail, time management, and customer service orientation are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily field operations and scheduling
- Manage, support, and coach mobile detailing technicians
- Ensure timely job completion and high-quality service
- Monitor job progress, customer satisfaction, and team performance
- Communicate effectively with customers and address service concerns
- Maintain accurate records and reporting
- Uphold company standards of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership or management experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and make smart decisions in the field
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
