As an Assistant Store Manager at Mint, you’ll play a key role in creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers while keeping our store running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Store Manager in daily operations and decision-making.
• Leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assisting with inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining the store’s unique aesthetic.
• Building relationships with customers to help them find their perfect, one-of-a-kind look.
• Ensuring the store meets sales goals while fostering a fun and stylish environment.
• Create employee schedules and create task workload for Sales Stylists
• Monitor store supply levels and advise owner on what is needed
• Change mannequins if needed

To shine in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 2 years of experience as a manager or assistant manager in retail, customer service, or a related field
• A passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A friendly, approachable personality that makes customers feel at home.
• Punctual and reliable
• Organized and capable of keeping the shop organized
• Ability to lift 20 lbs
