What You’ll Do
- Lead rework reduction efforts through root cause analysis
- Investigate recurring issues and implement permanent solutions
- Support documentation and auditing of standard work
- Develop employee capability through training and coaching
- Analyze data to understand trends and recommend focus areas
- Work directly with leadership to improve processes across the company

- Mechanical aptitude with ability to visualize in 3D
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and concepts
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel and Outlook
- General computer skills including file management and network navigation
- Physical stamina – ability to walk around the shop floor
- Reliability – show up on time every day – our team will depend on you
- Professionalism – clean appearance and respectful communication
- Technical education or equivalent manufacturing experience preferred
- Competitive pay – starting at $65-80k/yr depending upon experience quarterly bonus program
