What You’ll Do
- Interpret shop drawings
- Mix paints and stains to match approved color samples
- Spray Milesi 2K polyurethane paint to create high-quality paint finish
- Apply wipe-on stains and spray clear coat to create high-quality stain finish
- Prepare parts and assemblies for finishing as needed
- Confirm product quality prior to moving product to Upfit

- Experience in mixing, spraying, and staining industrial, solvent-based finishes
- Working understanding of custom cabinet parts/construction
- Ability to see subtle color differences
- Ability to lift up to 75 lb throughout the workday
