Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, leveraging warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities
- Engage in B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations, understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines
- Schedule sales appointments for owner to visit clients to estimate and provide a proposal for services
- Maintain excellent customer service by providing clear information, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on inbound leads generated through campaigns and outreach efforts
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, market research, and strategic communication
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technology sales is preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships
- Experience with B2B sales strategies and outbound calling techniques including warm calling
