What You'll Do
- Welcome patients and create a positive first impression
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Verify dental insurance benefits and explain treatment estimates
- Present treatment plans and assist with financial arrangements
- Manage patient recalls and unscheduled treatment
- Confirm appointments and fill the schedule efficiently
- Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records
- Coordinate with doctors and the clinical team to provide an outstanding patient experience
