WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Patient Interaction & Scheduling
- Welcoming patients and ensuring they feel comfortable
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Managing appointment reminders and follow-ups
Administrative Duties
- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
- Handling patient check-in and check-out procedures
- Processing payments, insurance verification, and billing
Office Organization & Efficiency
- Maintaining accurate patient records and updating information
- Ensuring a smooth workflow between the front desk and clinical team
- Keeping the reception area tidy and presentable
Providing Outstanding Customer Service
- Addressing patient concerns and questions with warmth and professionalism
- Assisting with treatment plan presentations and financial discussions
- Coordinating with dental providers to optimize patient care
