Vegetation Management Crew – Utility Services

Mint City Utility Services is hiring full-time team members for our Vegetation Management Program supporting local utility providers. We are seeking reliable, safety-minded individuals to join our growing crews. Experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $18.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on role and experience)

Positions & Pay

• Ground Worker: $18.00
• Bucket Operator: $22.00 – $26.00
• Climber: $22.00 – $28.00

Schedule

• Depends on season
• Start: 6:00 AM
• End: Approximately 4:00 PM
• Full-Time | In-Person

Responsibilities

• Assist with vegetation trimming and cleanup near utility lines
• Operate tools and equipment safely
• Maintain clean and safe work areas
• Follow all safety and company procedures
• Work outdoors in varying conditions

Requirements

• Ability to lift 75 lbs throughout the day
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (MVR required- CDL a plus)
• Pass pre-employment drug screen
• Safety-focused and dependable
