Distribution Admininistrator

Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Position Summary:
The Distribution Admin is responsible for accurately preparing, verifying, labeling, packing, and organizing products for distribution and store transfers. This position ensures that products are correctly allocated, properly documented, and ready for transfer. Key duties include maintaining accurate inventory, verifying batches, packing retail products, and recording case information. Additionally, the Distro Admin assists leadership with priority tasks across these areas.
Responsibilities:
- Correct store allocation and accurate quantities
- Correct package IDs, batches, and proper split labeling
- Accurate invoices, manifests, tote, and box counts
- Proper transfer documentation and adherence to established distribution procedures
What Success Looks Like - Metrics:
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Ability to follow written procedures, checklists, and handle repetitive tasks accurately
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
- Basic computer skills, with proficiency or experience in Dutchie and Excel/Google Sheets preferred
- Ability to read and interpret invoices, split sheets, manifests, and product labels
- Aptitude for identifying discrepancies and following procedures to correct them
- Capability to safely move and organize products, totes, boxes, and distribution materials

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Ability to repeatedly bend, reach, lift, carry, and handle totes, boxes, and cases
