What You’ll Do
- Provide a deli-style flower sales experience by weighing out cannabis accurately in front of customers
- Package and label flower products according to state regulations and company standards
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining compliance and professionalism
- Educate customers on flower strains, product qualities, and proper handling
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and compliance in the deli-style sales area
- Ensure all weights, labels, and transactions are recorded accurately
- Assist with inventory control, restocking, and product rotation as needed
- 1 years of retail, customer service, or cannabis dispensary experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to weigh and package products with accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Knowledge of cannabis flower strains and effects is a plus
- Team player attitude with flexibility to adapt to changing needs

- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card (or equivalent) in accordance with Arizona state regulations
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, and perform repetitive motions
- Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and strong visual acuity
- Comfortable working with raw cannabis products in a regulated environment
