$18.00 per hour | Approximately 18 hours per weekMint Building Services is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual for a part-time housekeeping and janitorial position at a well-maintained gated waterfront community in the Tarpon Springs/Palm Harbor area.Schedule
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
- 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Additional hours may be available
Primary Duties
- Vacuuming and sweeping common areas
- Cleaning glass doors, windows, and other glass surfaces
- Cleaning community laundry rooms
- Emptying trash and replacing liners
- Dusting furniture, fixtures, and common areas
- Cleaning elevators
- Performing general housekeeping and janitorial duties as assigned
- Maintaining a clean, professional, and welcoming appearance throughout the property
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional appearance and courteous attitude
- Ability to perform routine cleaning duties, including bending, reaching, standing, and lifting cleaning supplies and trash
- Valid Driver's License and Reliable Vehicle
- Must be able to pass a background check
Compensation
- Up to $18.00 per hour
- Part-time schedule with the possibility of additional hours
- No nights
- No weekends
