Job Summary:
We are seeking friendly, energetic, and reliable individuals to join our team as Concessions Workers. In this role, you will serve food and beverages to customers at the MSU Dome & Herb Parker Stadium, ensure a clean and organized workspace, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare and serve items such as popcorn, hot dogs, pretzels, nachos, drinks, and more
Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash or card transactions
Maintain cleanliness of concession stands, equipment, and dining areas
Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels
Follow food safety guidelines and company policies at all times
Work collaboratively with team members and assist where needed
Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service during busy periods
Qualifications:
Previous customer service or food service experience preferred but not required
Must be at least 16 years old
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
