Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on Ptac units refrigeration units, , and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair , mechanical equipment, and electrical components using schematics and technical manuals.
- Install new appliances, Ptac units, refrigeration equipment, and mechanical systems following manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Conduct repairs on complex mechanical systems including air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and refrigeration lines to minimize downtime.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system inspections for compliance and future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate construction projects or upgrades that enhance facility operations.
Experience
- Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with a focus on Plumbing, Electrical and basic construction,
- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, and plumbing
- Hands-on experience with HVAC system repair—including air conditioning units—and appliance installation and maintenance.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose issues accurately and execute repairs efficiently in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices within commercial or industrial settings.
- Construction experience or familiarity with building infrastructure is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
