SUMMARY
Under basic supervision, manages and maintains inventory of sports equipment.

Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Manages and maintains inventory of sports equipment and supplies for sports teams and physical education classes; distributes, collects, launders and stores team uniforms.
- Packs uniforms and equipment for team games away from MPS facilities.
- Supports the relationship between the Minot Public School District and the general public by demonstrating courteous and cooperative behavior when interacting with clients, visitors, and District staff; maintains absolute confidentiality of work-related issues, client records, and District information; follows compliance rules governing child abuse; performs related duties as required or assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Training and Experience Guidelines
High School Diploma or GED equivalent; AND one year of experience working with sports programs; OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Knowledge of:
- MPS policies and procedures.
- Principles of record keeping and inventory management.
Skill in:
- Dealing tactfully and courteously with students, using patience, understanding, and caring. • Establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with co-workers. • Communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
LICENSE AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
A valid North Dakota State Driver’s License may be required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Work is performed in a standard school locker room environment.
