Responsibilities

• Develop and implement developmentally appropriate lesson.
• Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, curiosity, and social interaction among children.
• Manage classroom activities to promote positive behavior management and effective classroom management strategies.
• Foster strong communication with families through regular updates, conferences, and collaborative planning to support each child's welfare and development.
• Monitor progress and tailor instruction accordingly.
• Maintain detailed records of children's progress, attendance, and developmental milestones in compliance with program requirements.

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies.
• Proven experience in curriculum development tailored for infants and toddlers.
• Strong classroom management skills to create an organized, engaging learning environment.
• Ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds, including those with special needs or behavioral challenges.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, colleagues, and community partners.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
