Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and energetic Nail Technician to join our dynamic team!
We are a new company, with a brand new build out, gorgeous rooms of 110sqft and glass sliding doors (that can be frosted for privacy).
We are a suite style co-op, monthly rent where you set your own services, pricing, and hours. Ideally we would like to have someone full time, but we may be able to work out a part time situation with another artist as well. Our rental pricing is competitive with Sola Salons and JC Salons. We offer Boulevard scheduling system if you choose to use that, it is included in the monthly rent as well as email, a headshot for our website and some advertising and marketing.

In this role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements, while creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. Responsibilities
- Provide professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
- Educate clients on nail health, proper maintenance, and aftercare to promote healthy nails
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in compliance with health regulations to ensure client safety
- Assist clients in selecting colors, designs, and enhancements that suit their style and preferences using knowledge of color theory
- Stay current with industry trends in nail art, hair extensions, hair styling, and other beauty services to provide innovative options
- Manage retail sales of nail products and beauty accessories while demonstrating excellent communication skills to build lasting client relationships
Experience
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role within a fast-paced salon or spa environment
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, including gel application, acrylics, and intricate nail art designs
- Familiarity with sanitation standards and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients while demonstrating excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of retail math for upselling products confidently and accurately
