Minnetonka Public Schools is accepting applications for Six Week ReserveTeacher for 2026-2027 School year. The Building Float Teacher is a highly flexible and adaptable educator who will provide instruction and support to students in various classrooms throughout the school building. The successful candidate will be able to teach a range of subjects and grade leevls, and will work collaboratively with teachers and staff to ensure continuity of instruction and student success.

Not medical or dental benefit eligible.

Responsibilities
- Teach a variety of subjects and grade levels.
- Deliver instructions to students in accordance with established lesson plans and curriculum guidelines
- Adapt instructio to meet diverse student needs
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive elarning environment
- Communicate efefctively with students and teachers
- Valid Minnesota Teaching License or Short Call License. If you do not hold a Minnesota Teacher License but have a Bachelor's degree you may apply for a Short Call Substitute teacher license through the Minnesota Professional Educators Licensing and Standards Board: https://mn.gov/pelsb/
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using classroom technology to support instruction.
