Job Responsibilities
Provides office support to departments on the first floor of Minnetonka High School, including the following job duties:
- Organize and process instructional materials.
- Organizational support for student testing.
- Process general supply requests.
- Assist with day-to-day educational support.
- Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
- Evidence of excellent word processing/data entry skills, minimum 40 wpm.
- Evidence of proficiency with Microsoft and Google products.
- Evidence of the ability to be flexible in scheduling time.
- Evidence of the ability to stay on task in an office atmosphere of constant interruption.
- Evidence of the ability to maintain good rapport with coworkers and cooperate in providing services.
- Pleasant telephone manner and excellent human relations skills.
- Evidence of accuracy in work produced.
- Evidence of ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Communication, interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with coworkers, supervisor, the general public, etc. sufficient to exchange or convey information and to receive work direction.
