General Accountabilities
- Receive incoming patient calls
- Posts payments
- Works claim denials
- Provides information to insurance carriers or patients regarding patient accounts.
- Arrange patient payment plans
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Job Qualifications
- Education: Associates preferred
- At least 1 year clinical medical billing experience
- OB/GYN medical billing knowledge preferred
- Familiarity with eCW & Navicure/Waystar a plus
