Role:
The Marketing Coordinator is a high-energy role in an established family-owned manufacturing company. In this dual impact roll you will be responsible for executing B2B marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads and supporting the sales team through the entire technical sales cycle. You will be responsible for promoting the company's service offerings to existing and potential customers through strategic use of content, marketing campaigns, and branding. This position will drive brand visibility through creative social media campaigns and will have a strong focus on digital marketing.
Essential Job Functions:
- Develop and execute social media campaigns across platforms to promote brand awareness and engagement
- Monitor engagement metrics and prepare monthly performance reports
- Ability to create content for the organization: technical product sheets, case studies, and promotional materials
- Collaborates, participates in, and coordinates promotional activities and trade shows
- Design marketing materials (print, digital, video)
- Manage website content
- Prepare effective advertising campaigns based on market research
- Participate and collaborate with sales team to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong graphic design and digital content skills
- Comfortable working across multiple marketing channels
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail orientated
- Works well independently but also excels in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer-first mindset
- Technical background a plus
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box
Education: Bachelor's or Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field preferred
Experience: 2 years or experience in B2B marketing or sales support, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting
Physical Requirements: Ability to work at computer for long periods of time
Must be able to lift 15 pounds occasionally
Must be able to travel by car or airplane occasionally
