Ensuring safe food supply
- Preparing samples for testing by diluting or enriching samples for bacterial growth
- Analyzing samples for bacterial growth by either instrumentation or observation of growth on various types of media.
- Opportunities for training once proficiency is obtained

Bachelor’s degree in food science, biology or chemistry or at a minimum an A.A.S. in Food Science or equivalent laboratory experience.
