Job Description
FULL TIME and PART TIME Evenings Available
The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day activities of nursing assistants. Supervision must be in accordance with federal and state regulations, & the policies of the facility.
Communicate to Unit Manager essential information related to residents and personnel.
Ensure timely and correct transcription, and implementation of physician orders.
Participate in care planning.
Communicate appropriately with physicians, family members, residents, and involved consultants regarding changes in resident condition and/or resident needs.
Ensure all prescribed medical and treatments are properly completed and documented.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Successful completion of an accredited school of nursing.
Current licensure in the state of Minnesota
Demonstrates leadership or potential leadership ability.
