What are the responsibilities and job description for the Thrift Store Cashier position at MINNESOTA VALLEY ACTION COUNCIL INC?
Responsible to maintain: orderly checkout of all sales transactions, a cordial working relationship with volunteers, including suggestions regarding assignment of tasks. Position represents Minnesota Valley Action Council in dealing with customers and vendors with questions, complaints, special needs and/ or language barriers. Working with those who donate by monitoring – i.e. accepting, limiting, rejecting, directing articles brought to the Thrift Store. Provides customers with tax deduction forms.
